How To Measure Your Bra Size

One way to maintain breast health is to use the right bra with the right size. Many women who only pay attention bra models regardless of size, when wearing the right bra size can make more beautiful and healthy breasts.

Bra size consists of two parts, numbers and letters such as 34B, 36D, etc.. Figures (32, 34, 36, etc.) is the bust size. While the letter (A, B, C, D etc.) is a breast cup size. The cup size is proportional to the size of the circumference of the chest, so it is not the same for every bra. For example, 32D cup size equal to the size of the bowl at 34C or 36 B only with a different frame.

Here's how to determine the correct bra size :

1. Bust Size

Measure the circumference of the chest just below your breasts with units of inches. If the result is even add 4 inches, if the result is an odd number add 5 inches. That's your bra size linkar chest. Suppose your bust size is 29 inches, then your bra size 34. If your bust size of 32 inches , then your bra size is 36.

2. Size Bowl

To determine the cup size, measure the circumference of the chest right in the middle of your breast (nipple) in units of inches. Bowl size is calculated based on the difference of this size with the size of the chest circumference just below the breasts that you count in the first step. If the size difference is:
1 " = > cup size A
2 " = > cup size B
3 " = > cup size C
4 " = > cup size D
With the right bra size, then your breast can be propped up with a good, smooth blood flow to the breast, and are certainly convenient to use.
